I felt really safe the whole time. Security was simple to get through, the staff seemed to check everything carefully, and I was comfortable crossing by myself

Went in and the bathrooms were nasty, dirty floors, trash all over the place, and just not well kept at all. On top of that, having to go through repeated verification was really annoying and just made the whole experience even more frustrating...

I used CBX last weekend, and the bridge part was easy enough. In my head I was like, “follow the signs, get across, done,” so I wasn’t expecting much drama there.
The messy part was the crowd near the counters. People were bunching up, a couple lines seemed to run into each other, and I caught myself just picking whatever line looked shortest instead of really knowing where I was supposed to go. Staff did step in once it got too crowded, but it took a bit.
So yeah, not awful, but not super smooth either. I’d still use it again because it’s convenient, but they really need clearer line setups and more people directing traffic when a bunch of flights land around the same time

The location is definitely the biggest win here. Parking on the U.S. side and walking straight over to the Tijuana airport is really convenient, especially if you’re coming from the San Diego area and don’t want to deal with a longer crossing.
That said, the whole process still felt a little more tiring than it needed to be. The signs weren’t super clear, the lines were frustrating, and after a while I was just over having to figure out where to go and what to do next. I’d use it again because it works, but I wouldn’t call it a smooth or stress-free experience.

I’ve used it twice now and the tickets scanned without any problem. Got through the gate quickly both times, so it was easy overall. I was a little worried it might not load or scan, but...

Buying the tickets worked okay overall, but the checkout part was confusing. I got through it, so it wasn’t terrible, but I kept feeling like the checkout steps weren’t very clear. It just felt a bit confusing and kind of annoying when all I wanted to do was finish the purchase

I used CBX last week and was surprised the parking wasn’t as expensive as I had built it up in my head. I figured it was going to add up quickly, kind of like when you park at certain airports and then… but it ended up feeling reasonable for the time my car was there.

Getting in and out was simple too, which made the whole thing less stressful. For the price and convenience, I’d definitely consider using it again on my next trip.

The shuttle was quick and super easy to use. Our driver was really nice, and we got there fast. I think other customers would appreciate how smooth and hassle-free the whole experience was.
